what i think this quote mean is that who you are as a person not as a student. the only thing that matter is that you are a good person. people will hire just because you are a good person cause thats all they need to show that you qualified. you can be the dumbest person in the world put if you are nice that will never matter. being a good person in life will put you ahead not working hard it only matter that you are a good person nothing else. you want a schoolmarmish your academic doesnt matter her you are good person that matter
